You simply purchase blocks of support hours and work through them at your own pace. Your initial purchase is a minimum of 10 hours. Each time you call us or an engineer comes to site we log the time used and reduce your balance.

Pay As You Go IT Support is suitable for businesses with low user numbers, or a very simple IT environment, who are likely to experience only occasional issues. Your hours do not expire, then can be used as and when they are needed.

You can also purchase blocks of hours for project work. These hours can be rolled over as support when the project has been completed.
