We have recently welcomed two new members of staff to the Your IT family. Narayan Dosanjh and Liam Williams have joined the business as Apprentice Engineers. Our clients will soon be hearing them on the Service Desk.
The appointments of Nararyan and Liam featured in a number of online articles.
East Midlands Business Link picked up the story on and published it on Wednesday 3rd October. The Business Desk East Midlands ran with the article on Friday 5th October and Love Business News also published the same day.
We are delighted to have Narayan and Liam on board and both are progressing well. They are being supported through their training by QA Apprenticeships who did an excellent job working with recent Apprentice graduate Kieran Starbuck.
Several of the Service Desk Team at Your IT have progressed through the apprenticeship route. The scheme provides an excellent basic grounding in IT. For us as a business working with young people allows us to develop them in the ‘Your IT’ way.
Our partners at Derby County Ladies also published the article on the appointment of the apprentices. Derby County CEO Duncan Gibbs adding some kind words of his own:
“When we go out for Club Partners, we want to be able to see that a clients ambitions match our own and working with the team at Your IT, we quickly saw that their ambition’s matched ours.
“The award of Best Small MSP in the East Midlands was a great achievement and it shows that the growth of the company is aligned to our own growth. We congratulate the team their and wish both Narayan and Liam a successful career in great hands.”
We’ve also recently attended the official club photo shoot at Pride Park. As part of our role as Official IT Partner we are delighted to be shirt sponsors for the Development Team.
It was fantastic to see the girls in their Your IT sponsored shirts and, despite the presence of our Directors, the photo’s look great!
The Development Squad have made a strong start to the season. They have won their first two league games and scoring 17 goals in the process. The first team had been in similar impressive form. However, a 3-1 defeat at Fylde at the weekend brought to an end their early season unbeaten run.
