Your Servers are licenced to use Microsoft software under the terms of the Microsoft Service Provider Licence Agreement (SPLA).

The Microsoft software provided under SPLA remains the property of Microsoft and is licensed, not sold. The rights to use this software are granted solely for the duration of the service agreement between Your IT Department Ltd and Your IT Department Ltd Clients

• The software may only be used in connection with services provided by Your IT Department Ltd and must be removed or access disabled upon termination of those services.
• No ownership rights in the software are transferred to the client.
• The software may not be copied, transferred, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party, except as permitted under the SPLA terms.
• All use of the software must comply with Microsoft’s licensing terms and applicable laws.
