I have had a very positive experience, Arpita tried multiple different things and did manage to resolve the issue which was causing me major problems. She regularly checked in the see if the changes/updates had worked and if not tried alternatives and has now managed to fix the issue which I am very grateful for. She was very friendly, yet professional and was very good at communicating with me to find out when was convenient time to work on the computer or when she would be in touch to see if the changes made had been effective.
