What’s the difference between IT support and Professional Services?
IT support typically covers day-to-day troubleshooting, remote assistance, and ongoing maintenance under a typical IT support contract. Professional Services refers to project-based work that falls outside of this, such as server installations, network upgrades, or Microsoft 365 migrations and require planning, configuration, and often on-site execution.
How much notice do you need for a project?
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to ensure availability – especially for larger or more complex projects. However, we know business doesn’t always give you that luxury, so we’ll do everything we can to accommodate shorter lead times where needed.
Can you help us scope the right solution before we commit?
Absolutely. Our team will assess your requirements, discuss your goals, and provide a clear, jargon-free proposal before any work begins. We’re here to help you make informed decisions, not to upsell unnecessary extras.
Do you only offer these services to existing support clients?
