4G is part of the mobile (cellular) network that is used for accessing the Internet on your mobile phone.
How Fast is 4G?
4G offers real world download speeds of up to 100mbps, this is 5 times quicker than an ADSL2+ connection found in non Fibre Broadband areas, and also competes on speed with BT Fibre and Virgin Media in some cases.
What mobile networks does the service work on?
We provide the service over 02 and Vodafone networks, and can check coverage to see which network would provide the best service for you.
How easy is to get setup on a 4G Router?
As part of our service we will preconfigure a 4G router and Sim card with all the necessary details. All you need to do is plug it into a power socket and connect to it over WIFI (We will provide full instructions)

How much does the Managed 4G router service cost?
Router, setup and delivery – £150 + VAT
Sims from – £25 per month
Is there a data limit?
All the Data plans we provide are Unlimited, in reality we have a 650GB fair usage policy just so that we can monitor for unusual usage and keep costs down.
What if I have a problem?

Is there a contract?
Our minimum term for the service is 30 days. We can offer 12 month and 24 month contracts for people who feel will benefit from the solution long term.
How do I order the Managed 4G Router Service?
Contact your Account Manager by calling 0115 8220 200 or emailing email@example.com and they will discuss your needs and raise a quote / order for you to approve.
How long does it take to receive the service?
Typically, it will take 2 to 3 working days from the date of order to get your fully working 4G Router and Sim to you.
How do I Pay?
The service is added on to your current agreement with Your IT Department and payment is taken by direct debit on the 10th of the month following the invoice date
How do I cancel?
Simply email accounts@your itdepartment.co.uk and we will cancel service within 30 days, subject to your initial term.
