March has been a record breaking month for Your IT Department!
We will be welcoming two new members of staff in early April and we will certainly need them as we’ve brought on board a record number of new customers in March, hitting an entire quarters target in a single month!
And the Good News doesn’t end there…………..
We’ve also achieved 98% customer satisfaction during the same period!
A massive well done to all of the Your IT Staff and a big thank you to customers old and new; we couldn’t do this without you.
Our rapid growth, new staff joining us and our move to new premises have all presented significant business challenges and so we are especially pleased that we’ve managed to keep our existing customers happy whilst acquiring some significant new businesses.
However, as impressive a 98% satisfaction rate is it also means that we’ve still got some work to do.
We launched our customer newsletter this month, which will be going out on a quarterly basis, and we’ll also be carrying out some customer surveys and interviews over the next quarter to see how we get to 100%.
Beyond the headline figures we have also increased Facebook page likes by 400% and Page Views by 929% on the previous month. On Twitter we have 89 new followers and a 214% increase in mentions. We’ve also increased followers, engagement and reach on LinkedIn and we are getting more traffic to our website than ever before.
Moving forward we will shortly be getting invitations out to customers, partners and contacts to an evening event at the Your IT Offices – an opportunity for us to thank all of you for your continued support, to meet the Team and to find out about some of the exciting new products and services that we have available.
