Photoshop Express for Windows Phone Update For Limited Time

Last year the Windows Phone got Adobe Photoshop Express. There’s now a free update version 1.1.0.17, available for a limited time. The filters will be freely distributed for a limited time, although usually, they are available as an in-app purchase.
