Originally the systems we had in place for our care staff were linked to three servers based in our city-centre office. If a server went down in the night, our care team no longer had access to our patient’s vital information, we found ourselves rushing to the office to get it back up and running as quickly as possible. At this point, we also wanted to re-evaluate and secure our cyber essentials accreditation, Your IT was able to provide everything we needed and made the entire process simple, ensuring we were fully compliant with any and all guidelines.
